Measure your wrist
- Start with a flexible measuring tape, a strip of paper, or a piece of string.
- Wrap it around your wrist, just above the hand but below the wrist bone, where you normally wear a bracelet. Adjust it so it fits comfortably, without tightening.
- Mark the point where the ends meet and then measure that length.
